While no one can guarantee that everyone they treat will get pregnant, our Money Back Guarantee program is designed to take away the financial risks involved in the uncertainty of fertility treatments with IVF. For those patients who qualify, our plan allows you to pay one fixed fee for three attempts at IVF. While we are always trying to improve our success rates, statistics show that multiple IVF attempts are often necessary. By providing you with three attempts, we hope to maximize the chances of achieving a successful pregnancy. Again, our ultimate goal is for you to bring your baby home. We offer you three fresh IVF cycles and unlimited subsequent transfers of frozen embryos that result from those three cycles. If you are successful and maintain a pregnancy to viability (past 24 weeks), we have earned our fee and fulfilled our commitment to you. If we are unsuccessful after three fresh attempts and frozen transfers, you will receive 100% of your money back thus enabling you to pursue other options such as donor egg or adoption. • Any surgeries not related to egg retrieval: (including but not limited to Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Dilation & Curettage, Myomectomy, Salpingectomy)
• Psychological Services
• Genetic Services
• Acupuncture Services
• Anesthesia

Eligibility

This program has been designed for our patients who meet certain medical criteria and have no insurance treatment benefits for IVF or Donor Egg. In order to be able to offer this plan to our patients, we will screen both partners with diagnostic testing in order to confirm that they are medically eligible and have a high likelihood for success with the treatments.

For those women wishing to enter the IVF 100% Money Back Guarantee, you must be able to complete your three fresh cycles of IVF prior to your 39th birthday. Those women age 39 or above have options of pursuing our traditional fee plans for IVF or consider our 100% Money Back Guarantee using Donor Eggs.

For those women wishing to enter the Donor Egg 100% Money Back Guarantee, you must be able to complete your three fresh cycles of Donor Egg prior to your 49th birthday and have a normal uterine cavity.
