Nathaniel Zoneraich, MD, FACOG Diplomate of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Nathaniel Zoneraich grew up in Northern New Jersey and received his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Cornell University. He attended medical school in New York City, NY and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the world renowned Cornell University Medical College. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. There he served as Executive Chief Resident during his last year of residency and was awarded Outstanding Resident of Gynecologic Endoscopy by his peers and mentors of the Ob/Gyn Department. Dr. Zoneraich went on to complete his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
After fellowship, Dr. Zoneraich moved to the Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland area and joined Washington Fertility Center, a private fertility clinic where he proved his skills at helping create families. In 2005, Dr. Zoneraich moved to Arizona to open Advanced Fertility Care.
Dr. Zoneraich is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, American Medical Association, American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Zoneraich’s impressive training has resulted in high success rates. He is also known for his compassionate style; he always takes time to get to know each patient and answer all of their questions.
Dr. Zoneraich is married and lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.

Jennifer Rodriguez, BS, MT, TS Senior Embryologist & Laboratory Supervisor
Jennifer Rodriguez is a board certified technical supervisor in the specialty of andrology and embryology, and is responsible for all day-to-day functions functions of the laboratory. In addition to her enthusiasm and commitment to infertility treatment, she brings with her a working knowledge of extended embryo culture and cryopreservation. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the field of human in-vitro fertilization and is highly proficient in Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Assisted Hatching (AH). She also has had the opportunity to be a central part in several of the most successful IVF programs in the country.
A native of the First State, Delaware, Jennifer and her family are proud to call Arizona home since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, exercising and kickboxing.
Joe Conaghan, Ph.D., HCLD
Laboratory Director
Dr. Conaghan has over 20 years experience working in embryology and andrology laboratories. He is internationally recognized for his work on improving embryo culture conditions.
Dr. Conaghan obtained his Ph.D. in Human Embryology at the University of London, under the direction of Dr. Alan Handyside and Dr. Henry Leese. He spent 7 years at Hammersmith Hospital in London, where he trained in embryology. More recently, he spent 5 years as the IVF laboratory director at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and also serves as the laboratory director of Pacific Fertility Center in San Francisco, CA. He is board certified as a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) in the disciplines of Embryology and Andrology.
Dr. Conaghan is a regular faculty member at the American Board of Bioanalysts (ABB) review course. He also sits on the ABB Board of Directors and is the immediate past Chair of the College of Reproductive Biology (CRB). He is a frequent speaker at both the ABB and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) annual meetings and he teaches Reproductive Technology at San Francisco State University where he is a faculty member. He participates as a Reproductive Laboratory Inspector for the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Dr. Conaghan is also a current executive member of the board of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) where he represents laboratory directors. He has been a member of ASRM for 15 years and a member of ESHRE for 14 years.
Dr. Conaghan’s interests are in developing programs for the treatment of severe male factor infertility, diagnosis of genetic disease in embryos, improved embryo culture and improving protocols for oocyte and embryo freezing.
Dr. Conaghan resides with his wife and 3 children.
